| Description | Capital Credit Recovery has a wide range of debt collection services, from writing demand letters, sending copies of outstanding invoices, and making collection calls or follow-ups on the amount owed. To ensure quality control of accounts each file is subject to management review at least once a week. Management review identifies accounts with slow developing commitments and provides the opportunity to assess the profile of the third party and review all sources available to effect resolution of the claim. Capital Credit Recovery has state of the art collection software, reporting and skip tracing tools. We also have the ability to access and/or report delinquent consumer and commercial accounts to the national credit bureaus. We collect on commercial accounts and consumer accounts primarily in Toronto and across Ontario. |
